Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment by assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, excellent hygiene practices, and a team-oriented mindset. Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are eager to learn, this position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the food industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
Support kitchen staff in cooking, plating, and serving dishes efficiently
Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean, sanitized, and well-organized
Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent service to customers when serving or interacting directly with guests
Support the team during busy hours to ensure timely delivery of meals

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
Previous kitchen experience or work in the food industry demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

Pay: $16.00 per hour
