Your future duties and responsibilities

Integrate and train payroll clients when adding the General Ledger module
Occasionally integrate new payroll clients
Analyze and confirm the needs to the satisfaction of the customers. Perform the necessary follow-ups.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You will use our payroll solutions to help our customers online or over the phone.
College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting or related field or any other combination of education and relevant experience
A minimum of four (4) years of pay experience
Developed customer service skills, analytical, synthesis and planning skills
Ability to work with Microsoft® Office tools
Ahuntsic College, Comprendre les principes de la paie training, or National Payroll Institute (NPI) PcP Certification (asset)
Knowledge of accounting for general ledger interface
Excellent verbal and written English and French (essential).

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50 000–$85 000. This role is an existing vacancy.
