We're looking for a creative, passionate and experienced Sous Chef looking to become a Culinary Leader at FAB Restaurants.

The Opportunity:

Lead the culinary team along with the Head Chef to grow and manage a successful kitchen with strong leadership, creativity and excellent communication skills. We strive to hire and develop a great team that gives guests a an unparalleled experience every time!

What You'll Need:

3+ years of hands on culinary experience in a premium high-volume restaurant
At least 1 year of culinary management experience
A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Studies is a definite asset
Track record of strong leadership in supervising and coaching staff
Proficient at communicating clearly with managers, kitchen staff and dining staff
Food Handler Certificate
First Aid Certificate is preferred

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
