Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role is vital to creating a positive dining experience for our guests and supporting smooth restaurant operations. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Handle cash transactions with proper cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Provide friendly, attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Manage multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in the food industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Experience with upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
