Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Crew Member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, food safety, and customer service within a dynamic team setting.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional manner
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation
Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling, or portioning ingredients when necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry roles is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of food handling and safety standards is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
