As a WOW Hospitality concept our guests have high expectations regarding quality of service, food, beverages, and atmosphere. Server – $14.15 per hour.

Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.

\*Serve food, wine and beverages. \*Possess thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menu. \*Act as the food/sake/wine /cocktail tour guide.

Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage orders. Take food and beverage orders, and make recommendations as needed. REPORTS TO: Bistro Head Server*.

Ensure food service and quality control. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Customer Service: take beverage and food orders, follow up with customers to ensure food and beverage quality, provide billing and accept and process payment…

Reporting to the Floor Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving customers where required in the Casinos food service areas.

Demonstrated ability to use a point of sale (POS) system to place food and beverage orders and process payments. POSITION TITLE: Bistro Head Server*.
