Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Summary: We are hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to work with one of our manufacturing clients in London! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of international shipments, both inbound and outbound, by coordinating and executing global transportation activities. A primary focus of the position is ensuring shipment information remains accurate from purchase order through final delivery and communicating updates to relevant internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent. 100% on-site.
Compensation Structure: $65,000-$85,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
· Promote and support a strong culture of safety within the Supply Chain department.
· Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound customer shipments, including import permit requirements, logistics planning, and related transportation processes.
· Work closely with international suppliers to oversee import activities and ensure service level commitments are achieved.
· Partner with vendors to identify, address, and eliminate logistics challenges to support the safe and timely delivery of products.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, shipping schedules, and logistics best practices to improve operational efficiency.
· Provide customers with timely updates regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and related transportation information.
· Collaborate with Planning and Procurement teams to evaluate inventory requirements and ensure customer demand is met.
· Monitor finished goods inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective best-before-date management.
· Process sales orders and shipping documentation through AX while ensuring data accuracy.
· Track shipping confirmations to support accurate and timely customer invoicing.
· Maintain AX system transactions to ensure product traceability, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
· Support the training, development, and onboarding of Customer Service Representatives.
· Assist in managing relationships and performance of logistics service providers, including third-party warehouses and freight carriers.
· Participate in Supply Chain initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and strategic projects.
· Analyze and report on Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery performance and customer service metrics.
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills/Qualifications:
Education & Certifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- Professional certifications are considered an asset, including:
- CITT (Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation)
- APICS Certification
- PMAC Certification
- P.Log. (Professional Logistician) Designation
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export compliance, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or a related logistics environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or similar platforms.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Knowledge of applicable transportation, customs, and regulatory compliance requirements, including DOT and FDA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining data accuracy and transaction integrity within ERP systems.

Travel Requirements
