About the Role
Scale My Meal Prep is hiring a high-performance Account Manager to manage and scale client accounts across Shopify, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and website initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role for someone who is proactive, organized, technically capable, and confident taking ownership.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks.
We are looking for a true operator.
Someone who thinks ahead, solves problems independently, moves quickly, takes accountability, and genuinely cares about client results.
YOU MUST BE FULLY COMPETENT IN REGARD TO SHOPIFY TROUBLESHOOTING, UPDATES, ALONGSIDE COMPETENCY IN REGARD TO RUNNING AND MANAGING META AD ACCOUNTS FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS, ANALYTICS, ETC.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing client accounts across Shopify, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and website initiatives
Handling high-volume client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups, requests)
Implementing Shopify updates including products, collections, menus, pages, storefront content, and promotional offers
Supporting website updates, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization
Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Executing campaign updates, optimizations, testing, and implementation directly
Writing and improving marketing copy, offers, headlines, and calls-to-action
Coordinating with internal teams for graphics, websites, landing pages, and deliverables
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously without things falling behind
What This Role Is Really Like
This is a high-volume, execution-heavy environment.
You will manage communication and tasks across 50–80 client interactions daily while balancing:
-Shopify updates and requests
-Campaign optimizations
-Client communication
-Internal follow-ups
-Reporting
-Problem-solving
-Website updates
-Creative thinking
Some days are extremely fast-paced and unpredictable.
We need someone who stays calm under pressure, adapts quickly, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
The majority of your day will involve:
-Managing client requests
-Updating Shopify stores
-Implementing website changes
-Managing marketing campaigns
-Coordinating internal deliverables
-Problem-solving
-Handling a large volume of client communication
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
-Strong Shopify experience
-Experience updating products, collections, menus, pages, storefront content, and promotional offers
-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and SMS Marketing
-Experience executing campaigns directly (not just assisting or supporting)
-Experience in a client-facing environment
-Experience managing a large volume of client accounts
-Website management and landing page optimization experience
-Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform experience
-Strong communication and copywriting skills
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines daily
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
-Ability to delegate tasks to designers clearly and effectively
-Experience with creative strategy and offer development

Compensation
-Compensation will be discussed during the final interview stage and is based on experience, skill level, and overall fit.
-Performance-based growth opportunities, bonuses, and advancement are available for strong performers.
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
