Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: On-Site During Implementation; Hybrid Option May Be Considered Thereafter About the Role Igloo Building Supplies Group is seeking an experienced and motivated NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment. This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta and will play a key role in the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of NetSuite across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments, as well as external vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and third-party service providers, to ensure NetSuite effectively supports business operations, reporting requirements, process improvements, and system integrations. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business process understanding, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users throughout the organization.
- Gather business requirements and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools within NetSuite.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained.
- Support and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Work closely with vendors, consultants, and third-party partners to support integrations, system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal users and external service providers for NetSuite related initiatives.
- Coordinate integration planning, testing, deployment, and issue resolution with third-party partners.
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials.
- Train and support users to maximize adoption and effective use of NetSuite.
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Travel between company offices, branches, warehouses, and operational locations as required.
- Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs and operational requirements. Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 years of NetSuite administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, administration, and support.
- Experience with workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with users across multiple business functions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and related NetSuite tools.
- Experience with NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory management, procurement, distribution, warehouse operations, and field service processes. Work Requirements
- During the implementation, stabilization, and training phases, this position is expected to be primarily on-site in Edmonton, Alberta.
- Following successful implementation, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on business needs, operational requirements, and performance.
- While regular business hours are expected, evening, after-hours, and weekend work may be required as per company requirement.
