As one of British Columbia's leading concussion and chronic pain clinics, we receive a high volume of referrals from family physicians, specialists, rehabilitation providers, ICBC, and legal professionals. We're looking for a Neurologist who is interested in concussion, chronic pain, headache, neurorehabilitation, or general outpatient neurology to join our growing team.

For physicians maintaining a consistent near full-time schedule, annual gross billings exceeding $500,000 are highly achievable.
In addition to MSP-funded consultations, physicians have opportunities to perform private-pay services including:
- Botox injections
- Trigger Point Injections
- Occipital Nerve Blocks
- Independent Medical Examinations
- Insurance and Medico-Legal Reports
Our administrative team provides extensive support with report preparation, documentation, scheduling, and coordination, allowing physicians to focus primarily on clinical care.
Practice the Way You Want
We understand every physician practices differently.
Some physicians prefer to see two patients per hour, while others comfortably see three to four. You determine your schedule, appointment length, and clinic days.
We're ideally looking for physicians interested in providing regular weekly coverage, but there are no rigid scheduling requirements. Part-time physicians are welcome.
There is no hospital work and no on-call responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Assess and manage patients with concussion, headache disorders, chronic pain, dizziness, neuropathic conditions, and other neurological disorders
- Provide diagnostic expertise and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Complete consultation reports and medical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Perform procedural and private-pay services if desired
Our Clinics
We currently operate modern multidisciplinary clinics throughout Metro Vancouver:
- Surrey
- Langley
- North Vancouver
You may choose to work from one clinic or multiple locations based on your preference. Virtual consultations are also available when clinically appropriate and are reimbursed at the same rate as in-person visits.
Qualifications
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- FRCPC in Neurology (or eligible)
- CMPA membership (or eligibility)
- Interest in concussion medicine, headache disorders, neurorehabilitation, chronic pain, or outpatient neurology
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centred care

Compensation
Compensation is provided through a competitive percentage split of physician billings. The split is based on experience, procedural practice, and anticipated clinic commitment.
