Rydel Roofing is looking for Junior Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for motivated individuals who want to learn sales, develop valuable communication skills, and build a career where performance determines advancement.

What the Role Looks Like

This is a high-energy, outdoor role. You won't be stuck behind a desk.

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing homeowners to our company and setting appointments for our roofing specialists.

Daily Responsibilities

Connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods
Identify roofing concerns and educate homeowners on available solutions
Set appointments for roofing inspections and consultations
Track leads and appointments through our CRM system
Participate in daily sales and communication training
Follow our proven sales process
Continuously improve your communication and leadership skills

You are not responsible for closing sales. Your focus is generating opportunities and building relationships.

Compensation

This position offers a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Hourly Pay: $25–$40/hour
Additional bonuses for leads and appointments generated
Top performers regularly earn well above the posted range
