Full job description

Kelmar Ltd. is a family-owned electrical and shallow utility contractor proudly serving Alberta since 1984. We specialize in new residential and multifamily construction, from townhomes, condos, and multi level parkades. Our reputation is built on high-quality work, a solid safety culture, and strong, long-term relationships—with both clients and our crew.

We’re currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician who’s not only skilled on the tools but also shows strong leadership potential and a desire to grow into a supervisory role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into more responsibility over time while continuing to hone their craft.

What You Bring

Red Seal or Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certification (3rd/4th yr apprentices will be considered)
Experience with new residential or multifamily construction
Comfortable with distribution, service, rough-in, fire alarm systems, and final installs
Strong work ethic and the ability to set a good example on site
Interest in learning how to lead and support a team
Positive attitude and solid communication skills
Basic familiarity with mobile apps (Teams, SharePoint) is an asset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
