Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with our restaurant’s standards, ensuring food safety and quality at all times. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the food industry are essential. The position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
