Fleet Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

Metro Vancouver / Fraser Valley, BC (Field-Based)

Candidates must reside in the Metro Vancouver or Fraser Valley area, or be willing to relocate. This role is based out of our Richmond office and requires regular travel throughout the territory.

First-Year On-Target Earnings: Approximately $100,000

First-year on-target earnings are approximately $100,000 during the start-up phase of our expanding Fleet Division. As you grow your territory, so do your earning potential and opportunities for increased responsibility.

(Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, monthly vehicle allowance, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.)

Join an Established Company Expanding into Fleet Sales

Wagonmaster Group is expanding its Fleet Division and is looking for a Fleet Sales Representative to develop new business across British Columbia.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with practical knowledge of diesel engines and fleet maintenance. You do not need to be a licensed technician, but you must be comfortable discussing maintenance challenges and technical solutions with fleet professionals.

What You'll Do

Develop new fleet, commercial, and industrial accounts throughout British Columbia
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Build relationships with fleet managers, maintenance managers, service managers, and business owners
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training
Deliver solutions that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs
Manage your territory using CRM and sales planning tools

Required Qualifications:

Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, commercial fleet, heavy-duty, transportation, or related industries.
Working knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty, commercial vehicles, truck, automotive aftermarket, lubricants, additives, preventative maintenance, parts, service or similar.
Ability to communicate technical product benefits and solutions to fleet managers, maintenance supervisors, and purchasing teams.
Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and consultative selling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience selling diesel maintenance products, heavy-duty parts, lubricants, additives, or related automotive aftermarket solutions.
Hands-on mechanical, automotive, heavy-duty, or diesel experience is a strong asset.
Automotive industry experience or a genuine passion for vehicles, trucks, or mechanical systems is encouraged.
