Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-time Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and supporting sales through various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to assist customers with their needs in a dynamic environment. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop valuable sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized and appealing
Manage customer inquiries both in-store and via digital channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering operations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes is advantageous
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers and provide exceptional service

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
