As a Technician at Mr. Lube, your tasks will include:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform the requested automotive services to the customer’s vehicle as instructed
- Report all findings from vehicle inspections
- Perform automotive service checks of fluid, filters and tires as well as courtesy checks on the overall vehicle
- Deliver performance results to achieve service centre targets and find innovative ways to increase revenues by recommending products and service to customers
- Work closely with other employees to ensure healthy relationships at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
About You:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
- Customer service experience, particularly in a dealership or retail environment, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
