Purpose of Role: Weir Marine Engineering is seeking a Combat Systems Specialist (Engineer or Technologist) with current or former experience with naval combat systems to join our Naval Engineering Test Establishment (NETE) Combat System Material State Validation Team in Halifax, NS. As a key member of the NETE team, you will provide the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) with the technical baseline regarding the health of combat systems. You will bridge the gap between shipboard reality and engineering oversight, ensuring that technical deviations are identified, documented, and resolved.
