We’re hiring Registered Massage Therapists at our Lakeshore location, and we want you to be part of our vibrant team!
Reporting to the Club Manager, the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is a key member of the Wellness & Spa team, delivering exceptional care and service to club members and guests. The RMT is responsible for assessing client needs and providing safe, effective treatment plans that support overall health, wellness, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Treatments may include massage therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, strengthening, postural exercises, and client education, all in accordance with the standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans within scope of practice
- Accommodate clients with specific health concerns, injuries, or rehabilitation needs
- Educate clients on injury prevention, stretching, posture, and overall wellness practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop a loyal and returning clientele
- Promote wellness, spa, and club services to members and guests
- Recommend and retail spa and wellness products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date treatment records
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
- Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and professional standards and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist preferred
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Strong ability to build and retain a client base through exceptional service and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
