Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for the food industry. This role involves supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of hospitality to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, efficiency and meticulous execution of all brand standards. This includes monitoring front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) service flow.
Financial & P&L Management: Drive profitability by analyzing restaurant data, controlling labor costs, managing inventory, reducing waste, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Staffing & Team Development: Recruit, interview, hire, train, and mentor staff and shift leaders. Develop a positive culture and maintain proper staffing levels, including scheduling and performance management.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all local health, sanitation, safety, and labor regulations.
Guest Service: Ensure complete guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food and service speed, resolving customer complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Vendor & Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring all menu items are available, placing orders with only approved vendors and conduct regular inventories.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Experience with POS systems; cash handling skills required
Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Background in food industry operations including food handling, serving, and kitchen management
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Experience interviewing potential team members and conducting performance evaluations
Knowledge of hospitality standards gained through restaurant or hotel experience is preferred
