Assistant Supervisor – Cut Floor AM and PM Shifts

Location: Neepawa

Shift (if applicable): AM and PM Shift (Cut Floor)

Your days will include:

Supporting daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance
Conducting pre-operational checks, HACCP audits, and completing required documentation
Monitoring production lines and assisting operators with troubleshooting and process control
Supporting training, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining skills matrix updates
Tracking productivity metrics, monitoring order accuracy (PvA), and identifying improvements
Coordinating with HR on employee management and attendance programs
Maintaining a safe workplace by overseeing housekeeping, safety checks, and PPE/tool accountability
Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems
Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
