We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Supplement Advisor to join our Langley team.
Please note: This is a sales-focused position. Success is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), and team members have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. This is also a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time hours based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated commitment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Supplement Advisor, you'll:
- Educate customers on supplements, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Recommend products based on each customer's goals and needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain outstanding merchandising and store presentation.
- Receive and organize inventory shipments.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Support online order fulfillment and daily store operations.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking ForRequirements
- Minimum 2 years of Canadian retail sales experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident engaging customers and starting conversations.
- Sales-driven with a passion for delivering results.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience using nutritional supplements yourself.
- A passion for fitness, bodybuilding, strength training, running, sports, or overall wellness.
- Experience in supplement, nutrition, specialty retail, or commission-based sales.
- Personal training, nutrition, kinesiology, or fitness certifications.
- Strong knowledge of sports nutrition brands and ingredients.
