JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are mandated by the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) to offer logistics, distribution and call centre services to customers who use paratransit.

Generally, this entails customer service, which involves receiving transportation requests, entering, generating, distributing and dispatching them, and then optimizing transportation according to a set method.

Computer-based customer service involves :

Taking phone calls;
Responding to needs and questions;
Entering requests and notifying the necessary people of any changes;
Confirming and updating needs;
Monitoring daily operations and following established standards, procedures and methodologies;
A set schedule during the day and early evening to cover operational demands 365 days a year.

Remuneration and working conditions :

$20 to $22 / hour : On-site

Passenger transportation logistics and call centre
Permanent, full-time, up to 5 days per week
Occasional, part-time, at least 1 day per week. Ideal for students !
Schedules available daytime or evening, on weekdays or on weekends
Operating 365 days a year, according to customers’ needs

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS :
