On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Parking for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.
Project Manager - Parking - Job Description:
The Intermediate Project Manager will lead the delivery of parking technology initiatives supporting one of North America's busiest environments. This role involves managing the implementation, enhancement, and integration of parking systems to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue management.
Project Manager - Parking - Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of parking technology projects.
- Collaborate with Parking Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budget management, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
- Ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day airport operations.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Project Manager - Parking - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Experience with parking management systems or related transportation technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technical teams.
- Experience managing third-party software vendors and systems integrators.
- Strong communication, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Project Manager - Parking – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in airport parking operations or large public parking environments.
- Knowledge of Parking Access & Revenue Control Systems (PARCS), License Plate Recognition (LPR), mobile payment and reservation platforms, parking guidance or occupancy systems.
- Experience integrating parking applications with payment, access control, or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Precise ParkLink, Impark, Indigo Park, or REEF Technology.
- PMP certification.
Project Manager - Parking – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position, extendable based on project needs.
