Responsibilities:

Operate drilling equipment and oversee daily drilling operations
Lead and supervise rig crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-job meetings and participate in safety programs and inspections
Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to company standards
Complete required reports, logs, and operational documentation
Train, mentor, and develop crew members
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Driller is required.
Valid and current safety certifications, including (H2S Alive, CSO, TDG, WHMIS, Standard First Aid Level C, Fall Protection, Rig Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, and First Line Well Control)
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Proven commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Ability to lead a crew and make sound decisions under pressure.
