The successful applicant must be knowledgeable in beef cuts, proper cooking and resting techniques, is organized, efficient, and clean and supported by high volume experience. Additional roles may also be required.
Leadership experience/qualities are considered an asset.
Full time Day, Evening, Weekend Shifts
Full time offering @ $20.00 per hour
Additional $2.50 - $3.50 estimated hourly service gratuities.

The line cook plays an integral part of our operations with the Sawmill Group. Preparing menu items to Sawmill standards, reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef the line cook is expected to properly and safely execute our recipes to provide a great guest experience. This job includes, prepping, cooking, cleaning, working as a team and any additional duties as required.

· Food Safe Certification
· Flexible to work a variety of shifts and ability to endure physically demanding work shifts
· Previous line cooking experience

Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

- Recording food temperature
