MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- incoming resin inspection and associated records.
- incoming colourant inspection and associated records.
- monthly audit of incoming resin received in Gaylord”s
- 1st off approval and updating sample retention.
- preparing capability charts for C of A’s.
- preparing and maintaining material certificate records.
- maintaining filing system.
- updating material lot numbers
- implement and maintain work instructions and ensure documentation is revised as required.
- assist team leader in calibration activities.
- follow up product non conformances and update on-hold forms
- prepare pre shipment samples as required.
