Now Hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS!

Tommy Gun’s is the hottest place for barbering, and we want passionate people who love interacting with guests, managing the phones and online check-ins, along with showcasing and selling retail products. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about the barbering industry, hone their customer service skills and/or is currently working towards their education in the hair care industry.

Qualifications:

Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
Excellent written and verbal communication – including e-mails, phone calls, service queue management and supporting your team
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
Familiar with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is a bonus
