Voiturier / Valet

Situé dans le prestigieux Mille carré doré de Montréal, notre établissement de 27 étages comprend 255 chambres et suites et est idéalement situé à l’angle des rues Peel et Sherbrooke, à quelques pas de l’Université McGill.

Nous recherchons des personnes passionnées et axées sur le service à la clientèle, fières d’offrir des expériences clients exceptionnelles. Résumé du poste

Le voiturier joue un rôle essentiel dans l’expérience client, étant le premier point de contact à l’arrivée et le dernier contact au départ des clients. Ce poste exige du professionnalisme, un excellent service à la clientèle et une bonne connaissance de la ville de Montréal.

Responsabilités

Accueillir chaleureusement et professionnellement tous les clients.
Aider les clients avec leurs bagages, notamment le chargement et le déchargement des véhicules.
Accompagner les clients à leur chambre et leur fournir des informations sur les services et commodités de l’hôtel.
Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients et offrir des recommandations sur les attractions, restaurants et activités de la ville.
Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle à chaque interaction.
Respecter les politiques, procédures et standards de l’hôtel.
Communiquer efficacement avec les différents départements de l’hôtel afin d’assurer un service fluide.
Stationner et récupérer les véhicules des clients de façon sécuritaire.

Horaire

L’horaire à combler est le suivant :

Mardi et mercredi : 11 h 00 – 19 h 00
Vendredi et samedi : 11 h 00 – 19 h 00
Dimanche : 15 h 00 – 23 h 00

ExigencesExigences professionnelles

Permis de conduire valide du Québec avec un minimum de quatre (4) années d’expérience de conduite.
Capacité à conduire des véhicules à transmission manuelle et automatique.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral.
Disponibilité à travailler en semaine ainsi que les fins de semaine selon l’horaire.
Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en relations interpersonnelles.
Attitude professionnelle, ponctuelle, fiable et autonome.
Bonne connaissance de Montréal, de ses attractions et de son orientation.

Position Summary

The Valet Attendant plays a vital role in the guest experience, serving as the first point of contact upon arrival and the last impression upon departure. This position requires professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of Montreal.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading vehicles.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, and city activities.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience at every interaction.
Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.

Schedule

The schedule to be fulfilled is as follows:

Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

QualificationsProfessional Requirements

Valid Quebec driver's license with a minimum of four (4) years of driving experience.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Bilingual in French and English with strong verbal communication skills.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
Strong knowledge of Montreal, including attractions, landmarks, and directions.

Work Location

On-site position (not remote).
