Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room according to food safety standards.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
