Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and sanitation. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all food handling regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
Ability to handle food safely, following all health and safety regulations.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
Must be able to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
