Who we are looking for:

The Victoria Inn Winnipeg is seeking a career-minded, dynamic individual to join us in achieving our ambitious growth targets. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis. Only candidates who have a positive customer service attitude, attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be considered.

What you will learn:

You will learn a full working knowledge of the Hotel & Banquet Operating Systems and Daily Hotel Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.

Position Summary:

The Banquet Sales Executive will assist clients with wedding, banquet, and meeting planning within our property. Through the guidance of the General Manager, support the daily operations of the sales team and help attain the hotel’s top line revenue goals. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed. Engage with clients and keep all sales contracts, event orders and billing up to date at all times.
