Nous recherchons un menuisier talentueux et fiable ou un assistant menuisier pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est idéal pour les personnes passionnées par l'usinage du bois, l'artisanat et le travail manuel. En tant que menuisier ou assistant menuisier, vous serez impliqué dans une variété de projets, allant de la création de meubles sur mesure à des structures en bois, en garantissant un travail de haute qualité et une attention aux détails. Si vous avez de l'expérience avec les outils, matériaux et techniques de menuiserie, ou si vous êtes désireux d'apprendre et de vous développer dans ce domaine, nous vous encourageons à postuler.

Responsabilités principales :

Tâches de menuiserie :
Découper, façonner et assembler des composants en bois en fonction des dessins ou des spécifications.
Utiliser des outils et des machines de menuiserie, tels que des scies, des perceuses, des ponceuses, des raboteuses CNC, des scies circulaires, des plaques de chant, etc.
Poncer, finir et appliquer des traitements sur les surfaces en bois.
Construire et assembler des meubles, des armoires et des objets en bois sur mesure.
Assister dans la livraison et l'installation du produit final.
Garantir que tous les projets respectent les normes de qualité requises, avec une attention particulière aux détails et à la précision.
Suivre les consignes de sécurité et les meilleures pratiques lors de l'utilisation des équipements et des outils de menuiserie.
Garder les espaces de travail propres, organisés et exempts de dangers.
Aider à toute autre tâche nécessaire pendant l'achèvement des projets.

Compétences et qualifications :

Exigences :
Connaissances de base des outils et des techniques de menuiserie.
Capacité à lire et à interpréter des dessins techniques ou des plans de projet.
Grande attention aux détails et à l'artisanat.
Capacité à suivre les consignes de sécurité et à maintenir un environnement de travail sûr.
Excellente dextérité manuelle et endurance physique.
Attitude positive, esprit d'équipe et volonté d'apprendre.

Préférences :
Expérience préalable en menuiserie ou en tant qu'assistant menuisier.
Connaissance des différents types de bois et matériaux.
Capacité à utiliser des machines de menuiserie telles que des scies circulaires, des défonceuses et des perceuses.
Connaissance des techniques de finition du bois (teinture, vernissage, etc.).
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes mineurs d'équipement.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Woodworking Tasks:
Cut, shape, and assemble wooden components based on drawings or specifications.
Operate woodworking tools and machinery, such as saws, drills, sanders, and planers CNC, table saw, edgebander ect..
Sand, finish, and apply treatments to wooden surfaces.
Construct and assemble furniture, cabinets, and custom wood items.
Assist with the delivery and installation of the final product
Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards, with attention to detail and precision.
Follow safety guidelines and best practices when operating woodworking equipment and tools.
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with any additional tasks required during project completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:
Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, or project plans.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
A positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
Previous experience in woodworking or as an assistant woodworker.
Familiarity with different types of wood and materials.
Ability to operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, routers, and drills.
Knowledge of various wood finishing techniques (staining, varnishing, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
