About the Opportunity

Oversee and process full-cycle Canadian and U.S. payroll.
Support payroll operations by performing detailed data validation, reconciliations, process documentation, and enhancing controls and automation workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Build, streamline, and strengthen payroll processes, controls, reporting and automation.

About You

3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience across Canada and the U.S.
Advanced Excel expertise with proven experience managing large payroll datasets and reconciliations.
Detail-oriented, highly organized independent contributor with strong compliance knowledge; PCP designation considered an asset.

Pay Range
$35 - $45 / hour
