Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, managing sales pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service to drive high-end sales and dealership growth. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly valued to better serve diverse clientele.

Duties

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Engage with customers both in-person and via phone to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting potential clients and networking within the community.
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Manage B2B sales relationships with fleet clients or corporate accounts to expand dealership reach.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new inventory to attract prospective buyers.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
Collaborate with sales management and support teams to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environment, or high-end automotive sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
Experience with outside sales, B2B sales, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline.
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive retailing and customer engagement techniques.
Strong math skills for calculating deals, financing options, and payment plans accurately.
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging customers over the phone or in person.
Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive industry standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
