Training is very mediocre. You are just kind of put out there after 3-4 days. Horrible management. They will let you go without any reasoning. The workplace environment is toxic. Lots of favoritism is shown towards whoever is "hot at the moment" in sales, but be aware - as soon as you go through a slump - they will drop you like you didn't exist without any explanation on receiving commission for the sales you have closed. Do not recommend working here at all 

This company cares about its customers and employees. It will do anything to be different and stand out as the best place to work or for a customer the best choice for getting an install.
