APTO Connect

This is the absolute worst job iv ever had. I only kept it for as long as I did because I was pregnant and it would of been hard to get another job whole being visibly pregnant. The management is absolutely horrible. The company owner thinks he is untouchable and can get away with treating his employees badly. He talked to us like we were trash. ZERO respect. The heating was next to nothing in winter. I had to wear my winter jacket most days and he tried to telle to take it off an do refused. Told him to send me home if he feels it necessary. Because I wasn't going to take it off. I also wore gloves at my desk. They give you one or MAYBE two full days max of shadowing someone. That's what they call "training" before your fully thrown on the phones to take calls on your own. Your left to sink or swim. And if you don't get it by your 3rd or 4th day then they fire you. Over all, I'd say if you get a call for an interview at this place(which is like a revolving door) just run. Don't even consider this place. You'd be better off taking a job at a fast food joint.

I  have worked in a variety of Call Centers and have had a variety of customer service /administrative positions.  I find working at Apto to be one of the best places I have worked.  The support  and help I have gotten from my co-workers, supervisor and my manager has been amazing.  It is very fast past pace, and I am constantly learning. The hours are great and this alone gives the work /life balance I have been looking for, which is almost unheard of in this day and age.  I can honestly say, I really enjoy my job and look forward to going to work every day.

Co-workers are very helpful and fun to work with, you learn a lot as you go. No pressure, you move at your own pace. The workplace itself has a complete hospitable break room which is really nice and different from other offices. A clean environment, fun atmosphere and understanding management willing to hear you out whether it be concerns or typical work related stuff. Best part is you can be comfortable, and still act professional when taking on calls! A very memorable environment and experience. 

I loved working witt Apto connect. They deal with mostly real estate companies and you answer inbound calls. The training process is descriptive and include job shadowing for a major part. The owners of this company are very supportive and understanding. The management will help you in the best possible way they can. The working environment is friendly and relaxed when it’s not busy. During peak hours, it can be really hectic. But they will let you know ahead of joining. 


The only part I liked about working at APTO was that the phones were very busy and since none of my co-workers ever picked up I was definitely not bored because I had to pick up every call. Everything else was awful.. NO FLEXIBILITY AT ALL! You MUST agree to work every weekend or else you will not even get the position and yes you NEED to work every single holiday as they do not close. They are open 24/7.. Asking for a day off? Good luck. The answer is NO. They do not want you to have a social life! I would not recommend this job to anyone.

I truly enjoyed working at APTO Connect. The training was very informative, which made it easy to learn. The working environment was highly motivating, and the staffs are always encouraging to ensure you perform your best. Fast-paced during the peak time for real estate. They are also very reasonable and understanding with hours for students. The workplace is diverse, and they are very welcoming to new employees.  

Great company to work for! Management is great! The company values its employees. Very flexible with scheduling friendly environment to work in etc. They work with you on your schedule and they are easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone has the same opportunity to reach a bonus. Everyone on staff was friendly and there was very little conflict. I highly recommend APTO connect.

An extremely welcoming work environment with friendly and supportive coworkers; management offers flexibility in schedule requests. Excellent work life balance. Great place to acquire call centre experience and you learn a lot about customer service and the real estate industry. I worked at both the Toronto and Oshawa office and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and the variety of work. 

APTO Connect is  an amazing company to work for. Everyone is lovely and understanding. The supervisors are always around to help you out. It’s like a big family . It is a great workplace and full of learning opportunities. Chance to lead and expand roles are available. Your hardwork is always recognised & appreciated here.  A flexible schedule makes it easier for me to maintain a good life-work balance. I just love working here. 

I worked at APTO for a year and I really enjoyed my time there, but left to go back to school. I liked my coworkers, and management was very supportive. Management was also generally accommodating of schedule preferences. The job was somewhat stressful when it would get really busy, but even then there was a comradery among the workers and a feeling of "we're all in this together" to help get through the rush.
