During my employment at Barry Group the overall atmosphere was unstable because you were at the mercy of shipments of crab. There was no guaranteed schedule and the overall attitudes were negative because employees wages were ever fluctuating. 
There was no job security as it was seasonal and no benefits as a result.

Enjoyed my time there but work became stagnate and with previous study history and self belief I think I can achieve much better The management at the job was great but there is no advancement nor raise of any sort

Great pay, sketchy colleagues sometimes old ladies are sweethearts chatting the ear right off ya , and booms of work den nothing. good for quick money or if you wants to be on ei half da year

great environment and the people i get to work with are fun and happy. ive met a lot of really great friends.

works well with others and gets along with management and there is no hard work in the job that i cant do.the work experience is the most enjoyable part of the job.

Great co-workers. Very busy place. Time management was a must. Only downfall was no job security. Plus no benefits. Other than that the place was a great work place.

its a friendly place meet new people not enough hours and not enough work. the pay is good boss is reasonable to talk to if you have any issue. nice and friendly people to talk to.

A typical day at work started at early morning at around 8:00 and each two hours  you got a 15 minute break. you got a dinner break at around 12 and you finished work at 5 for most of the time

The shifts were long sometimes and Alot of times you didnt know you were working until last minute, It was a fast pace job and time went by fast . Over all a good place to work

Did not work here long, however they did not pay me how they were supposed to, and were not a very professional organization. Would not recommend working here.
