Typical Day:
-Gather the day's paper, open up phone lines, greet customers and answer their questions, guide them to their appointments, answer phone throughout the day, send mail, filing, paperwork as requested by sales team.

What I learned:
I learned how to behave professionally and my people skills improved greatly due to the nature of the job.

Management and Co-workers:
The store was very well managed and organized. The staff (my co-workers) were very personable and easy to work with.

Hardest Part of the Job:
The most difficult part of the job was dealing with angry customers (especially at the age of 15). After speaking to the customer I would either convince them to speak with management, or inform a manager of the complaint myself. 

Most Enjoyable Part of the Job:
I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to some customers as it was nice to constantly meet new people.

Good place to work, the owner of the business Danny Brackett is a great guy and will give you the world if you show him your devotion and treat him with mutual respect that everybody deserves! 

The new service manager Randy Ellsworth is also a great guy and former tech with chrysler-so he is always available to bounce ideas off of with problem vehicles and will help where he can. He also buys everybody lunch every friday (pizza, swiss chalet sometimes, etc)

The other techs in the shop are more of friends than coworkers, its not perfect, but everybody gets along and try to make work fun. 

As a tech and a younger guy, pay scale is great if you can work efficient and smart.

It is a great place to work with great co-workers.  Dealings with customers is at times difficult.  

The hardest part of the job is communication amongst departments.  We all need to know what is happening and communication is essential between us all.

The enjoyable part of the job is that you get to learn a lot about new vehicles, and get to see them first hand when they come in!

A typical day always brought a new challenge, which was a plus.

I learned a fair bit about vehicles which I rather enjoyed.

Management was interesting, but was always supportive.

The hardest part of the job was probably the software on the computer/tablet. 

The most enjoyable part was hands down the people I worked with and the customers I spent day in and day out with.

Everyone was always so cheerful! They made you feel like you belong, they become some of your best friends. Always cheering you on, appreciating one another and the manager fits right in along all of the other employees. They are incredible.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very little stress when working with a good team

all the shop guys arr cool and respectable. but the managers act wierd. they say they will help with what you need but when you asl for that help theu turn around and ignore you. or fire you.

a friendly place to work with everyone willing to work together for the same objective.

the hardest part is trying to educate customer as to why we are recommending what we are for their vehicles.
