The CCBST College International Center was a great learning experience, we had a lot of fun and I had the opportunity to meet many amazing culturally diverse people.
All of my coworkers were international students, whom had many great stories and brought a lot to our team.
I learned how to fill out international application forms, enter personal information onto our computer system and access personal information and grades.

The collage  truly care about the students, the families and the people that work for them. I feel appreciated and acknowledged by the CCBST. We get paid to help people live out their unique purpose in life and to discover what their future goals are! Love, the supportive team environment. you get to make a difference. Excellent work environment.

So this a miss match place where major plans change everyday. It's mostly new people in the offices 
The reason is the owner is an idiot and.doesnt know what he wants or what he is doing  but also micro manages 

There's no security and no long term plan

And.ontop.of it you are underpaid 

Learn how to deal with different students everyday.
Helping others.
Time management.
Hardest part was make sure that you will be able to convey the message for the students and require using different teaching plans depends on the student.
It was great working at the same time gaining some real hands-on experience.

The management is very good, lots of staff appreciation events and awards.Wonderful people to work with great work environment - collaborative, encouraging, supportive. 

Opportunity to progress and expand your learning..

I worked with really excellent instructors and the dean over my department was top notch. There was a striving for excellence and also a real caring and supportive attitude toward each other and toward students. This was a wonderful place to work with a very positive environment and made me love coming to work each day.

CCBST College provided a fantastic environment to work in. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. There are also many opportunities for students to obtain a job and gain experience at the college before they graduate and begin their full-time career. I learned many valuable skills that will aid me in my own career for the future.

CCBST has good infrastructure.. Staff and management are caring and ensure full support to teachers. The work environment was great, the people were very supportive..Management was always helpful and made me feel comfortable when working there.

Friendly environment and great management. Learned new skills required for the work. Experienced in many new technologies. Management helped in growing faster than expected. Everyone gets along great, good vibes, management truly cares about their employees. You get the chance to learn while having fun
