My experience here was fraught with stress, poor management, a beyond manageable workload with no support. I did not find the company ran well for such a large company, lack of training on their systems, lack of any sort of standard operating procedures and no HR. While the people at the bottom of the organization are generally speaking warm and professional, that is where it is stops. Personal experience with the business owner gave me the opinion that they do not care even a little for the employees that show up everyday and makes their business run. Toxic work culture that let's the worst run rampant with no repercussions.

Your are alone all by yourself. Asking help will show your weakness. Too much work. Too much stress

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You are alone. If you can manage it, then it is the right place.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work, work and work. From 8am to 8pm

Toxic work environment. Zero support you are an overworked underpaid island.  No one to get help from.  Huge company no HR person or anyone to assist when you’re stressed out.  Avoid this place if you value your mental health.   Good sales pitch to get you in but no training, overloaded staff and lots of gossip and backstabbing.  Don’t let them convince you their the best because their the worst. 

If you are willing to invest in yourself then this company will invest in you, paying for your education, paying for sick time and personal time in addition to vacation time lends itself to a great work life balance.

I felt overwhelmed with my work from the lack of training they provided. The manager wouldn't tell me when I would make mistakes and I couldn't learn from them. I was unhappy working there because I couldn't perform the job comfortably. 

The interview went really well and I was excited to start working there. In less than a month it became clear that the company ran on backstabbing and a complete lack of transparency or honesty.

This company would make the list for one of the worst-managed companies, if there was a list. We are paid well but management does not respect staff, huge turnover

The company gives a lot of opportunities to managers, the company has a big portfolio of properties, offer a lot of flexibility and has a great support team

They don't train their employee properly. They fo have benefits but 50% only and no vision benefit which is the most important because you use computers all the time.

I joined CMG in May 2017. So far I can say I made a good decision to join this company as they provided me to groom my network and computer related skills.
