This job is pretty strenuous and requires travelling to different locations of Canadian Tire. People feel very uncomfortable when floor sales representatives approach them. I personally think that Credico should have their booth in every Canadian Tire and provide information on that booth regarding their credit card products instead of making employees go around and lie to people just to boost their sales in their credit card sales. Most customers find it annoying and that harms the overall sales of the entire store when a customer find their shopping experience unpleasant.

A typical day at work would be just interacting with customer and ensuring that they apply for BMO mastercard. I leant a lot about communication, sales and persistent hard work. The hardest part of my job is being on my feet all day and customers not signing up for mastercard, but it did not allow me to quit but allowed me to be more persistent to every customer and ensured that each customer does not leave without signing up for mastercard

Communicated daily with partners on all customer query resolutions for follow-up and training; 
Provided post-sales support by gathering and analyzing customer account data and offering solutions to customer;
Assisted with the administration, organization, tracking and coordination of contracts including obtaining internal approvals, data entry and filing;
I ve learned how to work under pressure on a daily basis and dealt with customers query;

it helped me to grow my confidence and to get a better connexion with humans , it makes you understan that you can be a  great seller and that every one worth money so why not havin your own compagny and givin to people something they will like enough to give you their money , 
Great opportunity to make you know more about your skills its a experiment to do for sure 
And alot of freeness you learn how to manage yourself

Good company, only for those who can sell and manage people. if you are not good in sales you better not work here.
they are really good but sometimes they use people and get in their minds to get more sales promising promotions that wont come for them
but let me guarantee you that if u are good sales rep and know how to get along with your bosses you will get far

the work was every day and in this job it was great because i usually spoke with so many people by day and it was about to retain people , with my co worker its was ok .
the hardest part of the job was only how to Convince the customers to take the card so it was a good job but i need more than that money job to take care of my liltle family

The day requires you to strictly meet your deadlines which tends to be the same everyday but can be challenging if you are not trained properly. I developed my communication and management skills. The fun part is meeting new people while the hard part is meeting the deadlines.

I get lots of experience when I worked in this company and they learned to be professional and smiley. We also visit many places in quebec and we learned how to deal with customers and directors in canadian tire stores.Very well management and good relation.

I got very good trainings while working at Credico, got influenced by a positive sales vibe while also being constantly motivated by my supervisors. It is a very good job and if you're in it for real, you will see the recompense very soon!

its been many years now but so far what i know i learn so much because it was pretty much interacting with customers and i learn customer service skills and had great time worked for them.
