The day starts early, performing previous day's quality reports to top-management for their KPI, followed by audits on different areas of operations, especially putaways the “bottleneck of operations”.
Management is to proactive and challenging which is good, the work environment is good, excellent coworkers.
The hardest part of the job is the extra task in my plate which is Health and Safety, policing the rules and regulations is not always welcome by some fellow coworkers
The most enjoyable part of my job is the interaction with every one of my coworkers while performing audits and/or getting work related information in order to collect data for my reports

It has grown quite fast in a few short years.  However, the team environment has almost fallen apart due to some extreme changes.
It is unfair for me to speak ill of a current or previous employer, but the management situation at Branch level is extremely lacking.  
There is an issue of hiring friends and family then protecting them when they are unable to follow the rules and regulations given them.  
Although, they have introduced a Bullying & Harassment policy. Unfortunately, there is no follow through.

The people you work with make the biggest difference and I worked with amazing people. I personally loved the speed at kitting, the managers were always there to assist and train. Meeting the daily quota is expected, which I personally was not stressed by b/c it helps in your productivity since working fast to meet the quota makes the time fly-by. Yes, the work is mindlessly repetitive but thats the job.. Very easy work, just wear comfortable safety shoes for the long standing can't emphasize that enough-comfortable safety shoes!

This is the most disappointing company I have ever been part of. Management lacks respect for employees and often takes advantage of new immigrants and work permits holders who can not speak their problems. Their sole focus is on achieving targets, with little consideration for the well-being of their staff. Some employees have worked here for years without being officially hired. The management is the worst I've ever experienced. They often hold meetings that lack clear objectives and collect signatures without any enhancement to work quality.

CTDI is a busy and fast-moving place to work. The company is very organized, with clear routines and processes that help keep everything running smoothly. You get to learn different tasks, work with different teams, and pick up new skills along the way.

The job can be fast-paced, but the environment is steady and there’s always something to do. CTDI focuses a lot on safety and accuracy, which keeps the work structured. Overall, it’s a solid place to work if you like staying active, working with others, and being in a well-organized environment.

I like the place because they have many departments available to exchange in case you failed to adapt quickly on one, they provide a paid training, new employees don’t have to worry or to be scared because the place and people are nice, possibilities to get overtime and get hired permanent after a certain period.
My experience was wonderful, I missed my Teammates in shipping..

this work environment is toxic, my experience so far is not good you can feel and see that there is favoritism, and unfair treatment ,especially on people they hire. i feel descriminated on how they treat me.  they dont understand your situation or on whats going on with your life they just want to make money and they dont care about their employees. 

Management was encouraging and motivating, tough but fair knew how to get things done while keeping the atmosphere enjoyable. Work could challenging for the memory and mind but basic skill building with team work made our company goals achieved efficiently.
On the floor, and CTDI is a comfortable, safe and satisfying place to work
