Montreal-based Cesium Telecom quickly is one of North America's leading distributors of Wireless products, primarily by introducing the latest technology from the world’s top manufacturers to the North American market. .Net Based and NetSuite's ERP solution is used for this company to complete manufacturing, warehouse and inventory management, procurement automation streamlines purchasing. 

Responsibilities:

•	Worked on the requirements gathering, requirements analysis and Design of the UI screens.
•	Design Pattern MVC 3.0
•	Developed REST Web Services to fetch data from Netsuite ERP and transfer into online website
•	Used Entity Framework to Save, Update and fetch data from database.
•	Interaction with Retailers for better understanding of their systems and customize the system according to their requirements.
•	Automate Order Transfers from online website to Netuite using Transaction Imports
•	Followed Agile Methodology/ Sprint planning
•	Developed Sales and Invoicing, Inventory, Warehouse Management System.
•	Developed Saved Searches for inventory Reports and Purchasing
•	Developed Workflows using the NetSuite Workflow Manager
•	Responsibilities also include work with onsite team,  
•	Worked on Tortoise SVN.
•	Worked on third-party services  Fed-ex, USPS, UPS for Real time shipping
•	Implemented Ajax and jQuery to improve the response time. 
•	Used Entity Framework to Save, Update and fetch data from database.
•	Responsibilities also included debugging of complex cross browser CSS and HTML issues.
•	Involved in deploying and updating application (including database) to production server.
•	Worked in a team of 5 members.

The company provides several perks, such as a flexible schedule. Employees can take part in activities and enjoy unlimited coffee and pantry goods. Nonetheless, the leadership of the warehouse may still be improved. The team leaders must improve their professionalism, communication, and managerial abilities when addressing issues. It would also be advantageous to recognize employee efforts more effectively.

Company seed fair at beginning but issues started within a month.
I did feel good that there will be potential for moving up the the way they presented the company at interview was false ,very stressful and no proper organization.

Great management, great culture , fun and exciting. Lots of laughter.  Learned so much about electronic accessories. New friends from différents parts of world 

An amazing company, small in size but amazing nonetheless. The work-life balance is just about perfect and the colleagues are absolute gems. It is more like a family than anything else.

Good place to gain experience on online sales.

Days are long (from 9 to 6). And have to work 1 hour on weekends.

Office environment is isolated.

Very monotonous.

Employees are highly underpaid.

You're not being force to complete a task. You're very relaxed and the task isn't hard to complete. They use nesuite for picking and verifying their orders which is very helpful and 2ship to ship.

Learn new things, senior employees teach you in a hands on manner with patience. Toxicity is always dealt with and handled with professionalism by the Human Resources 

Good environment and easy to adapt. I had a great experience working there and I learned alot in one week. It gets busy most of the time.  Great schedule Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm .
