Christie Lites is a nice company to work in for many reasons. Every Employee respects each other. . Christie Lites has great managers that are always willing to help you solve any problem you encounter during work. The co-workers are always ready to answer any questions or assist you in any way they can. What makes this job very enjoyable is how easy it is to make friends and the job is very simple and relaxing most of the time. Although it can get very busy with orders sometime, I am able to complete the task assigned to me before the day is over. One of the most important things I've learned in this company is to be able to complete the work assigned before the deadline and make sure it is as well equipped as instructed by the customer. This company also help me gain more experience in my field of study.

You’ll know when a company is a great one and you’ll know it is horrible when people come and go most of the time. This company has no compassion regardless if you had a stroke or if you were involved in an accident, your boss won’t even bother asking if you are okay and will fire you for trying to do your job you were not properly trained for.  Do not bother applying in this company. It’s not worth it. 

I worked remote, in the IT department, supporting and developing their inventory management system.  The team I worked with was good, though I thought large for the product, but there was a LOT of work. You were always occupied.   
Lots of meetings, but the team was supportive and social even when I never met anyone in person!
It's a good job to pay the bills when you need a job, but not the most career friendly.

Minimum wage job, friendly management Nice environment to work in,  it was all about making sure of delivering the right material for the customer and testing the equipment to make sure they in the best condition before renting them out.you always have to be in your feet no limit for over time you can work as long as you want as long as there is work.

This is a good experience for fresh grads especially because I started with Christie Lites as my first company. I really learned a lot although there was pressure in the beginning because I started in the WFH setup where it was much more difficult to learn the ropes in the starting days. But everyone was willing to teach me, and I was so grateful!

typical day is very repetitive and the company does not value hard workers that will do all available overtime. low wages and poorly managed. best part of the job was good co-workers and supervisors. free meals for doing overtime hrs.

I had an amazing time working with Christie Lite. I do miss my formal coworkers and they were very nice team to work with. Stampede time is the most busiest peak period of the company. the fun part of my time here is the way i coil the cables. hahaha. Nice people

It strives to realize its vision for a stronger org by truly understanding and providing the resources needed for the issues at hand and potential issues in the long run. It is a very demanding job though, but you see that your coworkers are all in the same boat.
