Very bad experience working here. They will make you think they care that they are concerned about you. But once they are done with your probation they will make excuses even the most stupid ones, to get you fired. They favor only one person and that is themselves and their favorite employee. They want people who just looks on the ground and does what they say, they are not open with any ideas and they don't like that their employees speak their minds if they have suggestions. They make you work long hours to without being paid overtime. sometimes during the summer they make you work at least 9 hours a day. and getting up to 50 hours a week. Also they don't prioritize the safety of their employees. They make their favorite employee drive a forklift, no experience. and very dangerous behind the wheel.

While the people I worked with were for the most part friendly and co-operative, perhaps less so were the higher-ups.  Somewhat unprofessional and heavy handed toward employees (particularly in the shop area) which was difficult to watch.  Some things expected were not safe or reasonable, but were expected nevertheless.

Clearline is the most innovative and creative place I have ever worked.  No two days are alike which always keep you excited to come to work.  

Environmentally and Socially conscious, Clearline does what most companies only talk about.

Happy to come to work each day.  I have never been happier in a job where the owner personally strivews to see you succeed and encourages us daily.

Fun place to work while it lasts. Will make up excuses to let people go. Common one used is job restructuring. Your lucky if you last a year here if your one of the office employees. Very high turn around rate due to owner letting minimum 3 people go a year in the time that I was there.

Nothing special to say, no proper First aid anything, no MSDS for any of the chemicals used, on the job Training, kind of place you have to always look over your shoulder.

Absentee owner that can’t finish anything he starts. Like working for Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. The product itself is good and the factory workers are genuinely nice people.

Good Company. Specially if you are a new comer in Canada. Can be a little challenging but overall it's a fun place to work at. Managers and Co-workings are easy to work with

Smart people, collaborative environment, and caring. Very professional and excellent results.  A great example of a company run very well. Save your time and call these guys first!
