Normally I also never write review but I also saw that fake reviews were made so I decided to write one. This company's hotel and restaurants are really nice, offering guests 5 stars experiences. However, the head office presents significant challenges.

Favoritism and a tolerance for incompetence are evident, creating a frustrating work atmosphere for the collaboration and communication between the head office & the establishments. I saw some employees displaying unkind behavior to the staff, contributing to a toxic environment. Perhaps most concerning is the high turnover at the head office, which remains largely unspoken, likely due to fear. I believe many issues has been addressed to the management, but no action has been done. Lots of good people left because of these issues that were creating a chaotic work environnement. Addressing these issues openly and proactively could greatly improve the company's overall workplace culture and employee retention.

My experience at the head office was extremely disappointing. The company promotes a culture of excellence, but in practice, leadership often felt disconnected from the realities faced by employees on a daily basis.

Many decisions appeared to be driven from the top down with little input from the teams responsible for executing them. Priorities changed frequently, creating unnecessary stress and making it difficult to plan and deliver quality work. Employees were expected to adapt constantly, often without sufficient communication or support.

One of the biggest challenges was the leadership style. There was a noticeable lack of transparency, and employee concerns did not always seem to be valued or acted upon. Morale suffered as a result, and turnover appeared to be a recurring issue.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The work environment is incredible you get treated like it was your own family every morning I wake up and can't wait to be at work it's the best working experience ever

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
At the beginning I was stressed about the clients and the work but everybody give you a hand when you need it's really some good teamwork

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture at this work is great because you have all kind of people from around the world and I think it's great cuz you can learn language from the others

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For sure you got to complete the work that they gave you but you have fun with your colleagues while you do it and I think it's incredible

Normally I wouldn't never write a review from a old job but after looking at some miss-leading review's from management staff (is funny how they all post on the same day trying to boost up the company grading) so I decided to take 2 minute to write this. In the kitchen a lot of people are under-pay and unqualify..  soo the turnover are crazy. Since short staff, no break, no staff meal, the good staff are quitting and looking for other job. Forget about recognition, they will treat you as an item and push you away if you doubt/question to their non-sense decision. 

Horribly managed, full of imcompetent and immature employees. They value "seniority" over performance, even if their slightly more experienced employees come in late all the time, show up (or don't) when they please, and work in a filthy and disorganized manner. Basically this place is a joke and its near impossible to move up, make money, and let alone stay sane around these people. A couple of strong cooks but besides them there isnt much to learn or achieve at this place.

Worst place .Poo management, you can be get fired after two months you never know. Salary is competitive kinda low.Even you are in a chef position second cook gonna order you. Position doesnt matter. Rude behaviour. They have their own community they dont like to talk outsiders. French environment .  Please dont join .its a mess. You wont learn anything .way to manu employees. 

1 has to be able to manage 1s time. Knowing 1s section. So 1can create his or her stress-free for all team members. Even in busy times you have to be able to have fun with it. And also good to know who you are working with to not be able to be placed in an uncomfortable situation. By a joke or too. Good luck and a pleasant welcome. 

Terrible culture, terrible work environment, liars. Management is much more interested in a profitable bottom line than a decent culture, or workplace safety. Poor to unsanitary cleaning, A marked unwillingness to maintain equipment, no training, no support. Incompetent  management at all levels.

You will have a lot of work to do during the busy summer

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is average, and there is nothing that can be called culture

The resto is beautiful. It is super busy so you need to be fast and driven but the guest are mostly on vacation or visiting so it’s a nice crowd and they tip well. The team is awesome. 
I like that I get discounts…that means more money in my pocket!
