Worked as field technician for this pathetic company for two years before I moved on to attend university.

Five of us new hires from different provinces were trained together at Toronto head office, and all had left after two years, also those who worked there before me quit like no one takes this company seriously.

Even the company doesn't take itself seriously, as they fired the president and sales manager and call centre lead when I was there, and no communication between office and field techs like we are just poor labours and have absolutely no right to know what's going on at Toronto office. To us, they just vanished.

In result, those who got fired had to send messages on linkdin to current employees to explain why they had left, as company never take the responsibility to do so, this damaged the company's image so bad, so I decided to leave as soon as I'm ready for university. 

Now, about equality, I got hired with the other four from other provinces for field tech position, and we all got different salaries, my offer was 15% more than some of them. When I start working, I realized that someone worked in the same city with me got paid 12.5% more than me, and he was hired only six months before me. Then couple of months later, company hired another one for my province, guess what, he got paid 12.5% more than me as well! All three of us worked at the same province, same city, we all got same education background and similar work histories, how come one hired months before me and one hired months after me all got paid 12.5% more than me?!

I brought this up to my manager, he was furious because I discussed my offer with co-workers, excuse me? Is there any law forbidden me from talking about my offer? 

And of course I had never got that pay gap filled, after talking to manager and HR many times. And because of this incident, my salary got freezed, no raise at all during two years of service while my co-worker got 2% annual raise. They don't care how you feel, because turnover rate is already high, they don't care if one more guy is disappointed and thinking of leaving.

That's my experience with DIGI Canada. Everything about this company is just pathetic, and chaotic at same time.

Extra long hiring process for an electromechanical job.
Around a month waiting time.
Low end salary at best considering the market. 
Little to no support if you work in any other province than Ontario as the head office is situated there.
Your manager will always play devil's advocate no matter the issue. Employer always has the minimal staff hired so whenever someone quits it's extra work for you and that happens A LOT!
Good company if you're fresh out of school but don't overreach and find something better.

A typical day at work would be walking into a great multicultural atmosphere. The employees are like a family and work great together. As a accounts receivable, I am constantly working with clients which helps enhance my customer service skills allowing me to have a better understanding of the importance of listening to your clients and serving them to the best of my abilities.

DIGI Canada Inc is very nice and friendly company to work for. I am so glad that I have the opportunity to work for this great company.  My Supervisor, co-workers and teams support me right on time and specially while on-site.  The most enjoyable part of the job is I have the opportunity to help and serve my customers and help them to achieved their goals

Enjoyed my time there. Never a dull moment. Lots of support from managers and co-workers. Would love to go back and carry on where I left off. Had to leave for personal reasons. Lots of learning. Lots of driving. Great customers as well.

I was given a great opportunity at Digi Canada Inc. Coworkers were very friendly. They were not over competitive, there was quite a bit of understanding and flexibility when it came to personal emergencies. They take care of their staff and pay quite fairly.

DIGI is a family work environment from the top Management down to the lower hierarchy. Everyone is involved in any activity. Suggestions are always welcome. They treat everyone equally and respect every culture.

Digi Canada offers great compensation great products, friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to work with the company. The sales team is supported by all other teams within the company.

I had a great time at DIGI. Friendly work environment and fun and exciting experiences. I learned the best way to learn something quick is to learn it yourself.
