Worst company in my 14 years in the patch. Zero training, zero support. Equipment is very worn out. Nothing they do is organized. They only get small scab jobs. They have the worst benefits plan iv ever seen. They pay the lowest km and truck rates iv ever seen. They will rip you off on every pay check. The office/management has no idea what they are doing. I cant believe this company is still around

great wage, great people and great management. typical day was starting with a safety meeting, go about your daily safety checks, and then follow whatever routines were required depending on what the days work required. I learned a lot about the oil industry, and how the wells are drilled, fracked, and retrieving of oil.

Terrible place to work, everyone is constantly lied too by management they say things to try to keep you around or say things that will make you happy to hear but arent true. Rip you off on paychecks. They keep their main guys working when they have work and leave the newer guys on the back burner. Expect you to be ready to leave for a job anytime, very short notice on work.

The people we're good to work with but the equipment was well I guess it did the job it was designed to do but it could use some upgrades other than that he office was good 

Supportive people, everyone was respectful and friendly. I wish there was more work and I wish the pay was better. But overall, a good experience. Like the experienced testers say, maybe it's not the best place if you have standards for the equipment but it gets the job done. Great place to learn what testing's all about

Great company to work for!  Demon cares about its employees and their families.  It is a great team from the management to the field staff.  They are dedicated to keeping us safe.  They have good clean equipment and if we ever need anything extra they will get it for you no questions asked.

I enjoy this company as it provides good 12 hour shifts, a good culture, an environment that provides learning and a good team. I enjoy the variety of the tasks within the job and the different locations available to work.

This company will rip you off on every paycheque. If you ask for a day off they will gladly give you 6 months off. If you stand up for yourself in any way shape or form they will bench you and not put you to work unless they absolutely need you.

Great place, great people; naturally wish the work was year round and consistent, but the company is fantastic.  The work is seasonal and weather dependent, but again, the management is great.

Meet a lot of people that new there stuff, fun place to work, learned a lot and meet so good people there.over all pretty good place to learn the well testing job.
