I worked there a very short amount of time but, everyone gets along fine. They are a very relaxed environment but unfortunately the vehicle sales industry took a turn for the worse due to the mass shortages. Used cars are dirty and don’t clean them until requested. We lose sales due to people coming in and seeing the condition of it. And on top of all that, we get ripped off on our commission. They lie about the gross profit and give us a smaller pay-out. At least be honest about what we earn and pay us fairly.

I only worked there for a brief short period of time. During my time there, my sales manager went far and beyond for me to make sure I get my sales. He even as far as giving me a done deal of his own beginning of one of the month, because he saw me struggling to get my first deal. The people that worked there were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I left shortly due to a financial opportunity I couldn’t pass on. If there happens to be another future opportunity of going back to work there, I will! 

I have worked for Eagle Ridge GM for over 5 years and have had a good experience with the organization and the management. My pay has been very competitive and I have always been given opportunities for training and acquiring new skills which has helped me grow within the company.

Great staff and good skills on helping staff staff is helpful clean place service technicians staff is very well explained to tell you what the problems are and how it needs to get fixed to pass that 9n to the customer to make an service advisor position easy

if you want to work long hours for little pay.. work here.
often times i would spend weeks on a customer and the management would give the commission to a male staff member.

Great company and I really miss it. Professional tech staff. Good management as well. Worked there twice actually. Really would like to return soon please:)


Great place to work for, Good balance with work and lifestyle. Need to re evaluate compensation. Very good location. If you want to start selling cars you should work here. You will learn a lot.

I learn a lot when I started in this dealership. Similar to Key west with owners mentality and ways to sell. the turnover rate is high and the loyalty to staff is almost non-existence.

Staff and management are very friendly and have treated me very good. Pay is very competitive but a lot is expected from you, if you think you are unable to sell at least 8 cars, it might not be the place for you
