Worked here about 5 years, and new managment ran a sh**** place even more into the ground. Cars are always blocked, and good luck finding the key for the one blocking it, they may even be locked in the managers office instead of the proper hooks. The same is true for your own car, you're ready to leave at the end of the day, you better hope you're not blocked. Even your own car when parked here is not safe, most employees have had damage happen to there car while on the lot. The dealership has specially tools for the engines, but good luck getting them, someone either has them. locked in an office or toolbox. Management will smile to your face while as soon as you leave the area they will talk sh** about you or disregard everything you told them.

As a licensed Tech, not making money at all. To much traffic all the time, can’t find key, had asked everybody for key. Your bay always occupied, received wrong part after few day and towed truck in, then had to tow out. Complained to manager told do not push. Managers are not experienced at all, not helpful. 
Said to manager I am not even making 8 hours even I work morning till late afternoon because of not keys, boosting batteries, road test, waiting for part and moving other cars, told you should look at average. Worked there for a month, making very very very less.
Quite within a month. Hiring everyone, all leaving within few weeks. Foreman don’t know how to change rad. Do go there.

Best place to work and learn the trade. The team and the management are like a family.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The traffic is too much which is a very good thing. You have to prepare yourself to work in a busy dealership. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are like a family and will guide you to close the deal anyway. 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It started from 10 am and the shift ends in 7 pm. But most of the time I was not being able to get out of 7 and it happened to a lot of my colleagues. Amazing work place.

Working at Eastcourt was stressful, limited support from management, no recognition at all.Resources for you to provide "customer experience " was very limited. No formal training for new service consultant. Team work hardly exist. 

The management is absolutely horrible. If you go and ask for a raise they will either completely avoid the question or tell you to go work somewhere else. The rest of the staff is great to work with.

a car comes in you check on the work order whats wrong with it o learned alot working there hardest part taking apart an engine of a car my employees were great very good going home after doing a hard day worth of work

Great place to work, very busy probably the busiest Ford store in the GTA.  Good customer base and fellow colleagues are supportive and friendly.  There is always work in the shop.

Location is really good as there is a lot of unique shopping markets nearby and it is also close to the Scarborough Town Centre.

Management was very nice.  The office was a lot of fun to work in.

My favorite Ford store. They fix any kind of car too. But mainly fords. Good place to work, very well kept shop. amazing mechanics there who are very knowledgeable and experienced.

It's pretty ok to work for a company you wanna get a way with a lot of things, but when it comes on to raising your pay forget it they won't I  guessed that's everywhere (companies).
